Qualification for the 2018 Coldwell Banker New York City Experience for, Connecticut/Westchester County, NY, Long Island and Queens, NY, and New Jersey/Rockland County is based on one of the following criteria to receive a single invitation to the event. Only one may apply.
- Individuals or individuals on a team must achieve a 2017 Award Gross Income (AGCI) of $165,000 to $399,999 in their own name.

Teams must achieve a combined 2017 AGCI of at least $165,000 to $399,999 for the team lead to be invited.

Individuals or individuals on a team must achieve a 2017 Award Unit of 24 to 54 units in their own name.
